Based in Hohenstein-Ernstthal in Germany, Z-Wave Europe pioneered importing Z-Wave automation products into Europe in 2008. We did that first as a valud-added-reseller before pivoting to become Europe's first value-added-distributor with a focus on not only Z-Wave but on home automation in general.
After a study by Focus magazine and Statista, Z-Wave Europe was honoured as "Wachstumschampion" ("Growth champion") in both 2016 and 2017 runniing and we, therefore, earned a place amongst the 500 strongest grown companies in Germany within the last six years. Z-Wave Europe was also honoured as one of the best companies in the "IT-Service“ category in the INNOVATIONSPREIS-IT 2016 contest and is listed amongst the "Best of 2016".
Z-Wave Europe is the leading Value Added Distributor for Z-Wave products in Europe and Middle East. We support the manufacturers of Z-Wave brands who are most qualified to be represented in the European market – some of them exclusively. We service your smart home business, too.
The mission at Z-Wave Europe is straightforward: to make life easier for our partners.
We care about the environment and try to minimize packaging waste. We will therefore reuse packaging and cartons as much as possible. With regard to the sales packaging that we placed on the German market for the first time, filled with goods and delivered to private, end consumers, our company has joined the Landbell AG, Mainz, nationwide system in order to ensure compliance with our statutory obligations inaccordance with § 7 of the Packaging Act. Our registration number at Landbell is 4141183.
The WEEE directive places an obligation on all EU-based manufacturers and importers to take-back electronic products at the end of their useful life. Z-Wave Europe accepts its responsibility to finance the cost of treatment and recovery in accordance with the specific WEEE recycling requirements. Z-Wave Europe tracks on every product that the manufacturer complies to the WEEE directive and labels their products accordingly. For all imports from overseas Z-Wave Europe is taking over all liabilities of the WEEE directive. This includes all labelings and the coverage for treatment and recycling. Z-Wave Europe is therefore member of the German "Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräteregister" Our registration number is DE 689 73952.
A number of trademarks are used across ZWave.eu and its subdomains. Each is used for educational purposes only. We most frequently use the Z-Wave trademark; that trademark (#010262351) is the property of Aeotec Group GmbH and its subsidiaries. Other trademarks belonging to Aeotec Group include the Aeotec and Popp logos.
